show & tell

Here (at last) are a few images of the new store.
I have to admit to being a little nervous about what you will all think.
Am I allowed to be a little biased? I think the space looks amazing, and I don't think these snaps do it justice. I am so excited about how it has all come together, even if right now I still feel so exhausted I'm sure I could sleep for days.
No window shots yet. They need tweaking! But what do you think of our wallpapered exterior? It's been a big talking point.
Anyway, I'll share more with you over the coming days if you'll allow.
And in the meantime, I'm so looking forward to browsing your beautiful blogs for a long overdue catchup on everything I've been missing.

  9. Amazing Amanda! I miss Welly and your fab store. I go to Designer Guild on the Fulham Rd, but I still think NZ has the edge in terms of creativity! That's the VW flag wallpaper isn't it?

  18. Truly the BEST store in Wellington, probably in NZ. Ones head so often rules in projects like this, but here it is so evident the heart has played a major role and you can feel it. Opening night was like discovering a beautiful treasure chest, and your team were all so proud, it was magic. Congratulations! xx

  26. The colors.
    Yes, the COLORS!!!
    Maybe because we
    are entering the
    drab season here
    in the Upper Midwest,
    USA, but the colors
    you are using in the
    store just makes me
    smile.

  27. It's fabulous, Amanda, ever so colourful and inviting and pretty. I'd live in there and be the crazy lady who was always just about to pay at the cash desk when she saw something else that she MUST have and went off to a corner to exclaim over it. However did you manage to weatherproof the exterior wallpaper?
